PERFORMING & SUPPORTING SCHOOL EVENTS
*Highlights from NYP Open House 2025 & Halloween Night Performances
Music has always been a big hobby of mine — especially playing the electric guitar.
After classes, I’m part of NYP’s live performance group, helping to run events such as NYP's Open House and Halloween Night events.

As the logistics manager, I ensure the equipment is in good condition, properly set up, and ready for every performance.

Working behind the scenes taught me how to stay calm under pressure, solve problems on the spot, and support the team to keep every performance running smoothly.
VOLUNTEERING WITH LIONS BEFRIENDERS
*Highlights at Lions Befrienders Queenway
As part of Youth Corps Singapore, I volunteered at Lions Befrienders, spending time with the elderly — painting, playing games, and simply talking with them.

It was a meaningful experience that reminded me how important it is to slow down and listen.

The elderly have stories and advice that offer real perspective, and it made me realise that giving back isn’t just about helping others — it’s also about learning from them.
SCDF RESPONDERS PLUS PROGRAMME
*Highlights from SCDF's visit to NYP
As part of the Responders Plus Programme, I learned the basics of emergency response, including CPR-AED and how to use a fire extinguisher. The hands-on practice gave me a clearer sense of how to stay steady in stressful situations.

But what stayed with me wasn’t the equipment or the steps:

It was realising how fast things can happen, and how important it is to stay calm and act quickly when someone needs help.

It reminded me that responsibility isn’t just for school or work — it matters in real moments that affect people’s lives.
What’s Next?
Every project and collaboration has taught me something new.
I’ve learned to stay curious, keep learning, and create with purpose.
